house exchange

i have a 3 bedroomed house in boldmere very quite road close to shops dentist libaary sutton town centre, its a 3 bed quite large living room, kitchen up stairs toilet seperate bath room, large back garden, smallish front garden, needs a bit deco. but ideal for some1 who wont to buy in future as its a good area i`m looking for a 2/3 bedroomed house in kingstanding,new-osscot, or surounding areas the house must be in very clean condition, or a money instead to do this exhange if house isnt in good condtion as this house of mine is a very good exhange from this area to were i mentioned reason i need move is be near my sister. who is nt very well.and lives on the collage road.so surrounding areas please
