Lowingfold, TREBETHERICK, North Cornwall Coast . Lovely spacious family house (sleeps 10-12)with wonderful Sea and Camel Estuary views towards Trevose Head. Three twin bedrooms (one with 2 additional single beds if required), one double (5ft bed) with ensuite, one double with 6 x 6.6ft bed. Additional bathroom with shower, loo and wash basin. Cloakroom downstairs, loo and shower in new wet room/ utility area which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Recently refurbished kitchen has an American fridge/freezer, large halogen hob, two ovens, dishwasher and large sink, granite worktops, masses of storage and underfloor heating. We will be installing Sky, Broadband. 42" plasma TV with DVD player. I-pod docking station.Full linen and towels. Tennis Court private to the house, large garden with access to Daymer Bay across two fields and the golf course.Large gas BBQ, patio furniture.Low season from £850 per week, High season £1500 - £4000.
