Chauffeurs Cottage Sleeps 4-5 Overlooking the Sea in New Polzeath

The Cottage sits overlooking Pentireglaze Haven, or Baby Bay. It is detached, on the northern end of Atlantic Terrace, thirty yards from the Atlantic Hotel, one hundred yards from the beach, ten yards from the North Cornwall Coastal Path, and with exceptional views of the bay, Pentire and Stepper Points, uninterrupted by other houses.
Chauffeurs Cottage is a self-contained annexe to Craig Var (which sleeps 12+), with beds for four or five, an upper platform with twin beds accessed by a steep ladder, and not suitable for young children
or the infirm, and a sofa bed on the ground floor plus an additional single window seat mattress. There is a shower/loo, and kitchen.
Private parking for one car.
Dogs are welcome, although they are not allowed on the beach during the summer months.
The cottage is let on the strict conditions that there is a responsible adult present at all times, and that the maximum capacity of 5 adults is not exceeded. There can be no camping in the garden. Craig Var Low season from £650 per week, High season £1250 - £2350, Chauffeurs Cottage Low season from £250 per week, High season £500 - £650. Weekends & Short Breaks by negotiation.

Available Sept 11-18 (£450), Sept 18-25 (£350), Sept 25-Oct 2 (£350), Oct 30 (£250-£350) onwards. Chauffeurs Cottage can be rented independently of Craig Var house and a £50 discount is offered if both are booked together.
