This superior ground floor apartment is situated in the heart of the Royal Palm Complex, an area known as the Plaza. Stepping down from the large balcony, you will find one of the two freeform pools.
This is the larger of the two swimming pools on the complex and is heated from October to April. It is surrounded by an area for sunbathing. There is no charge for sunbeds and umbrellas around either of the pools.

The apartment is one bedroomed. In the large lounge and dining area, double doors open onto the balcony and its Pool view. There are two double metal action bed settees situated in here.
There is satellite TV, DVD player with a selection of films, CD player, and various board games.
There is the double bedroom (containing one super king-size bed) and ample wardrobe space
This room also contains a dressing table with mirror and a hairdryer. There are two double doors - again opening out onto the balcony.

The recently upgraded blue and white bathroom suite comprises of a bath with shower, a vanity sink unit with mirror and toilet. All linen and towels aresupplied (changed weekly)

The fitted kitchen has an electric hob, oven, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with cups, bowls, glasses, cutlery, crockery, microwave washing machine and an iron
The Royal Palm complex is in a slightly elevated position and is situated about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Cristianos. The complex is typically Andalusian, with white buildings, individual in style, surrounded by many tropical plants and flowers. Many of the apartments are 'home' to people who have decided to live in Tenerife.
There are two freeform swimming pools and one small childrens' pool on the complex.
There are many restaurants surrounding the complex, giving you the choice of not only Spanish but Chinese, Mexican, American and Italian cuisine, to name but a few, and all within a two minute walk from our apartment. However, a gentle stroll into the town will give you hundreds more to choose from.
There are several supermarkets just outside the complex to enable you to stock up on essentials. You will also find Car hire shops, places where you will be able to book trips, pick up points, money exchange, cash point machine and a taxi rank, Taxis are plentiful and cheap. There is also a handy cash machine just outside the complex!
